Purpose-limited handling of commercial information.

Information collected

Buyer and seller forms collect business identity, contact details, commercial purpose, product, quantity, timing, specifications, capabilities, evidence availability, declarations and the commercial location information you choose to provide. Technical records may include source page, referring page, campaign fields, a keyed network abuse-prevention signal and security challenge results. We do not store a raw IP address for location analytics.

Location information

We keep different location categories separate: an approximate access country or region supplied by trusted infrastructure when available; a location you enter for delivery, stock, pickup or contact purposes; an optional one-time device position; an optional map pin; an address reviewed against documents; and operational addresses associated with a future transaction. One category is not treated as proof of another.

Choice and precision

You can browse, submit a lead, create or access an account and activate an account without sharing a device position. The site never asks for device location automatically. A browser permission prompt appears only after you select “Use my current location.” You can decline, encounter an unavailable or timed-out request, and continue with manual location entry. We request one current position and do not use background or continuous tracking.

A device position or map pin may include latitude, longitude and an accuracy estimate. It remains unverified even after you confirm it. Precise coordinates are not shown in public listings, review summaries, URLs, WhatsApp links, email subjects or regional analytics. They are available only to authorised operational personnel and to the authenticated account owner where needed for the stated purpose.

Purposes and defaults

Location information may support lead qualification, buyer-seller matching, delivery and pickup planning, broad regional analytics, security review, country and telephone defaults, and future logistics or inspection workflows. Approximate access location can be inaccurate because of mobile networks, VPNs, corporate gateways or infrastructure routing. Defaults are suggestions only and can be corrected.

Risk review

A difference between a claimed commercial country and a coarse access country may create an internal review signal. It does not automatically classify a person as fraudulent, block an account or reject a lead. Authorised administrators must review and resolve or dismiss the signal using other evidence.

Why other information is collected

We use submitted information to qualify leads, verify contacts and organisations, request clarification, identify potential matches, obtain consent for introductions, conduct follow-up, record outcomes, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions and understand lead sources. Matching consent permits review for potential counterparties; it does not authorise an automatic introduction.

Storage, sharing and international processing

Validated records are stored in the application’s managed PostgreSQL database on Railway. Security and delivery infrastructure may process requests in locations different from yours. International enquiries may involve cross-border review or a potential counterparty in another country. Relevant commercial information is shared only after appropriate review and consent. Precise coordinates are not shared publicly.

Retention, correction and deletion

Location and lead records are retained only while needed for qualification, matching, operational planning, security, legal obligations and auditable business history. Account holders can review their saved locations and request correction, archive or deletion. Corrections create a replacement record rather than silently rewriting historical evidence. A location referenced by a lead, business-site version or transaction history may require restricted retention; requests are recorded and reviewed instead of silently deleting that history.

Security and contact

Access controls, server-side validation, consent records and audit events protect submitted information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. To ask about access, correction, withdrawal or deletion, use the contact page and include only the public lead reference where applicable.
